So, he promptly changed his working approach, re-examined the relevant literature in a directional and hierarchical manner in response to various processing requirements, and conducted in-depth analysis of the processing characteristics of different tools. He also used the replaced old drilling tools to transform and produce a variety of new tools, and repeatedly conducted comparative experiments. As the saying goes, true knowledge comes from practice. Over the years, he has designed a large number of tools and cutting tools to solve the difficulties and bottlenecks encountered in the production process, saving the company more than 2 million yuan in tool and tooling procurement funds in total.
