  • Coiled Tubing BOP
  • The Coiled Tubing Blowout Preventer is designed to provide positive well control for coiled tubing operations in H₂S environments. It is capable of blind sealing, sealing around the tubing string, suspending, and shearing coiled tubing. The Coiled Tubing BOP is primarily hydraulically actuated for opening and closing operations, and equipped with a manual locking mechanism to secure the device in the closed position. The hydraulic actuators feature a removable design, facilitating easy monitoring and maintenance of the rams. By combining different ram types (pipe rams, blind rams, shear rams, hang-off rams, shear/blind rams, hang-off/pipe rams), the Coiled Tubing BOP can be configured to meet the requirements of various pressure control systems.
