• IWOCS Multiple Quick Connector (MQC)
  • The Multiple Quick Connector (MQC) is a transmission device for hydraulic pressure, methanol injection and chemical agents between subsea Christmas trees, subsea manifolds and subsea distribution units. It is one of the essential core equipments in the development and operation of subsea oil and gas fields. The Multiple Quick Connector (MQC) consists of a mobile end and a fixed end, and the mobile end is operated by ROV to dock with the fixed end on the subsea Christmas tree.

Product Advantages/Product Highlights

  • Herringbone locking mechanism featuring simple operation, high reliability, and capability to withstand high docking force;

  • Multiple guiding systems resulting in low docking difficulty and high docking precision;

  • High docking success rate equipped with axial position indicators, which clearly display the working status during the docking process;

  • Equipped with a secondary unlocking function

    enabling emergency unlocking when the mechanism fails to disengage normally.
