  • Hydraulic actuators are an indispensable component in subsea oil (gas) trees. They are mainly composed of oil cylinders, pistons, springs, stem, and actuator housings. By applying pressure to the oil cylinder, the valves in the underwater oil production tree can be opened. Once the actuator pressure fails, the valves will automatically close.
