  • The subsea gate valve is an indispensable component of the subsea oil (gas) tree, mainly consisting of the body, bonnet, gate, stem, seat, etc. It can realize the opening and closing of the fluid in the production flow and annular flow of the subsea oil (gas) tree, and control the flow direction of the fluid. By opening and closing different subsea gate valves, different completion and workover operations can be carried out.

  • The sealing surfaces of the gate and seat are coated with tungsten carbide by supersonic spraying, providing metal-to-metal sealing.

  • A U non-metallic seal is designed between the seat and body, offering excellent low-pressure sealing performance

  • The gate and seat can achieve bidirectional sealing, with reliable sealing performance.

  • The valve stem adopts V-shaped group sealing, forming a stacked multi-layer sealing contact surface.
