  • The hydraulic connector is a critical piece of equipment in the offshore oil and gas industry. It is primarily used to form a seal between the subsea Christmas tree and the subsea wellhead, as well as between the blowout preventer (BOP) and the wellhead/Christmas tree. As an essential component of subsea drilling and production systems, it is designed to withstand internal pressure, separation forces induced by wellbore pressure, and the tension and bending moments from the marine riser.
