  • HPU
  • HPU is mainly used to supply stable high-pressure and low-pressure fluids to subsea production facilities through umbilical cables. Low pressure fluids are usually supplied to approximately 5000 PSI to control valves on the manifolds and Christmas trees; High pressure fluids are typically about 10000 PSI to operate surface-controlled subsurface safety valve.

  • Redundant low-pressure and high-pressure hydraulic supply; equipped with standby pumps for isolation and maintenance when main pumps fail.

  • Quick-change device for automatic pipe arrangement system, facilitating replacement of different umbilicals; unique structural design tailored for umbilicals to enable more complex functions.

  • All fluid-contacting components are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and contamination of the hydraulic system.

  • Optional gas-driven, liquid-driven, or motor-driven systems.
